A little about me
Hi, I'm Tracy! I'm a mom, a wife, a coach, and a woman who knows what it's like when your child starts building a life of their own. Even when your child still lives at home, their growing independence can bring a sense of loss. You can be proud of the adult you've raised and still grieve the chapter of motherhood that's changing. I've felt that, too. Rediscovering what I love and imagining what I want this next chapter to look like led me to create Coach Tracy Hodge and the CREATE Your Next Chapter coaching program.
